In this Agreement, "We", "Us" and "Our" shall mean Virtual Neighbour Limited (registered number 06681591), whose registered office is at 26 York Street London W1U 6PZ, "You" and "Your" shall mean You as a registered end-user of the 'Lifestylem Management' service (the "Service" or "Services"). "Supplier" shall mean any third party retained by You to provide services of any kind in relation to a property. These Services are provided by Us to You on the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update the terms of use which make up this Agreement but You will be notified prior to such alteration. You may not vary the terms of this Agreement without Our Agreement expressly given in writing.
